TimeMender

Time help for imperfect workdays.

TimeMender is a fast, forgiving personal worklog app for people who want a quick, honest record of what they worked on throughout the day. Capture time by work item, fix missed or misbucketed time, and end the day knowing where your time actually went — whether you are feeding a timesheet or just keeping your own record.

  • Free: core capture, one active timer, reassignment flow, yesterday history, daily target, reminders — no account, no backend.
  • Pro: full history, weekly and range summaries, share and CSV export, icons, colors, iCloud backup, Lock Screen widget, Live Activity — one-time purchase, no subscription.
  • Available now on the App Store — free to download, with optional Pro upgrade.

Work gets messy. Your tools should help.

A lot of time tools assume you will remember every start, every stop, and every switch. Real work does not happen that neatly. Meetings run long, interruptions happen, focus shifts, and timer habits break down.

One active timer

Tap a work item to start the timer. One timer runs at a time — and if you realize you switched later than you meant to, a Move button lets you pull time from the previous item into the current one.

Quick-add missed time

Add a configured increment when you forgot to start the timer or need to catch up after a meeting, call, or interruption.

Adjust mode correction

Tap Adjust at the top of Today to enter correction mode. Tap a row to make it the source, then tap the add button on another row to move an increment there. Tap the remove button on any row to drop an increment without moving it.

Useful local history

Review yesterday's totals anytime. Full history, weekly summaries, and share/export are available with Pro.

Built around the few actions people actually need.

TimeMender is not trying to become payroll, billing, or project management software. It is a lightweight daily log for capturing what you worked on, so you can review your day clearly — whether that means filling in a timesheet or just knowing where your time went.

1

Create work items

Add practical buckets like Meetings, Client Work, Project A, or whatever fits your projects, clients, and workflow.

2

Track as you go

Tap a row to start or switch the timer, with a clear tracked total and left or over summary for the day.

3

Fix the messy parts

Quick-add forgotten time, move time between rows, or discard an over-tracked increment without leaving Today.

4

Review and copy later

Use History to review yesterday's totals. Full history, summaries, and share/export are available with Pro.

A small technology company focused on practical fit.

Brown’s Tech Co. is a small, founder-led technology company focused on practical products that fit how people work. The work is shaped by real experience in support, systems, software, operations, and workflow improvement, with a focus on simple solutions that solve clear problems.

The aim is not to build everything at once. It is to create focused products that do specific jobs well, reduce friction, and stay clear about what they are for.

Built from real-world experience.

Brown’s Tech Co. was started to create the kind of technology that often feels missing from day-to-day work: focused tools that solve practical problems clearly.

The company reflects years of experience across technical support, quick service restaurant technology, systems work, healthcare interoperability, workflow improvement, support leadership, and internal-tool building. That background shapes how the products are designed: useful, understandable, and grounded in how work actually happens.

Built from support, systems, operations, and internal-tool thinking.

Brown’s Tech Co. is credible because the products are shaped by years of seeing where work breaks down, where tools create friction, and where better software could make a real difference.
