A small technology company focused on practical fit.

Brown’s Tech Co. is a small, founder-led technology company focused on practical products and services that fit how people work. The work is shaped by real experience in support, systems, software, operations, and workflow improvement, with a focus on simple solutions that solve clear problems.

The aim is not to build everything at once. It is to create focused products and services that do specific jobs well, reduce friction, and stay clear about what they are for.

Built from real-world experience.

Brown’s Tech Co. was started to create the kind of technology that often feels missing from day-to-day work: focused tools and services that solve practical problems clearly.

The company reflects years of experience across technical support, quick service restaurant technology, systems work, healthcare interoperability, workflow improvement, support leadership, and internal-tool building. That background shapes how the products are designed: useful, understandable, and grounded in how work actually happens.

TimeMender

Time help for imperfect workdays.

TimeMender is a fast, forgiving personal worklog capture app for people who need to enter time into another official system later. It keeps the daily job narrow: capture useful work-item totals, fix missed time, and make the end-of-day handoff less painful.

  • Free first: local-first capture, no account, no backend.
  • Apple first: built around the iOS app experience.
  • Pro later: local power features like full history, weekly summaries, share, and export.

Work gets messy. Your tools should help.

A lot of time tools assume you will remember every start, every stop, and every switch. Real work does not happen that neatly. Meetings run long, interruptions happen, focus shifts, and timer habits break down.

One active timer

Tap a work item to start or switch the timer. TimeMender keeps the current day focused on bucket totals instead of a complicated timeline.

Quick-add missed time

Add a configured increment when you forgot to start the timer or need to catch up after a meeting, call, or interruption.

Same-screen correction

Use minus to choose a source row, then plus on another row to move time where it belongs. Tap the source again to discard over-tracked time.

Useful local history

Review recent totals now, while the app preserves older local entries for future Pro history, summaries, share, and export features.

Built around the few actions people actually need.

TimeMender is not trying to become payroll, billing, or project management software. It is a lightweight reference tool for capturing the workday well enough to enter it somewhere else with less guesswork.

1

Create work items

Add practical buckets like Meetings, Admin, Ticket Work, or whatever matches the system you report into.

2

Track as you go

Tap a row to start or switch the timer, with a clear tracked total and left or over summary for the day.

3

Fix the messy parts

Quick-add forgotten time, move time between rows, or discard an over-tracked increment without leaving Today.

4

Review and copy later

Use History as a simple reference today, with richer summaries and share/export planned as local Pro features.

Built from support, systems, operations, and internal-tool thinking.

Brown’s Tech Co. is credible because the products are shaped by years of seeing where work breaks down, where tools create friction, and where better software could make a real difference.

Technical support across industries

Years of hands-on support work shaped a practical view of what users need, where workflows fail, and what makes software feel helpful instead of heavy.

Restaurant and back-office technology

Real-world experience with quick service restaurant systems, including POS and back-office environments, informs the company’s product thinking around day-to-day operational software.

Healthcare interoperability

Work with HL7, Mirth, Epic and Cerner-related environments, and complex interface ecosystems adds depth in systems thinking, reliability, and integration-heavy workflows.

Internal tools and workflow utilities

Building internal dashboards and support tooling reinforced a product approach centered on focused tools that solve specific workflow problems clearly.

Leadership and process improvement

Experience leading teams and improving support and development processes shows up in software that favors clarity, maintainability, and useful outcomes.

Practical AI and community technology

Recent AI enablement work and volunteer experience in networking, Wi-Fi, livestreaming, and production support reinforce a grounded, fit-for-purpose approach to technical work.
